Solution is used mainly as background contrast to nuclear stains, i.e., hematoxylin-eosin sequence. Stain depicts the cytoplasmic detail of the cell and the tissue structure.

CONTENTS: Phloxine, Calcium Chloride

This solution is made from certified dyes.

FOR IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC USE ONLY.

RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE: The staining time depends upon the stain procedure being employed. The time varies from a few seconds to 5 minutes.

RESULTS: Nuclei - pink to red.
